- Paneer – 1 cup
- Palak chopped – 1 cup
- Soya grinded – 1/2 cup
- Besan – 5 to 6 TBS
- Ginger garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
- Home made curry masala – 1/2 tsp
- Lal mirch powder – 1/2 tsp
- Salt – 1.5 tsp
- Refined oil for kofta fry – 100 ml
Kofta Curry Ingredients:
- Onion grinded – 1 large
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 TBS
- Tomato puree – 2 med
- Roasted peanut paste – 2 TBS
- Curd – 1 cup
- Bay leaves – 2
- Whole red chilly – 1
- Jeera – 1tsp
- Green cardamom – 2
- Homemade kofta curry masala – 2 TBS
- Haldi powder – 1 TBS
- Kashmiri Lal mirch powder – 1 TBS
- Dhaniya Powder – 1.5 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Mustered oil for – 3 to 4 TBS
- Kasoori methi – 1tsp
Homemade Kofta Curry Masala :
- Coriander – 1tsp
- Jeera – 1tsp
- Dalchini – 1inch
- Choti Elaichi – 2 to 3
- Jayphal – 1/4th
- Black pepper – 5 to 6
- Badi Elaichi – 1/2
- Methi – 5 to 6 seeds
- Cloves – 4
- Red chilli – 2
- Turmeric – 1/2tsp
- Amchur powder – 1/2tsp
