✓ Fish 500 gms
✓ Potato – 2 to 3 med
✓ Tomato – 2 med
✓ Green chilli – 4
✓ Bay Leaf – 2 med
✓ Kashmiri red chilli – 1Tbs
✓ Coriander-cumin seeds powder – 1½ Tbs
✓ Turmeric – 1 tsp
✓ Salt to taste
✓ Mustard oil – 100ml
✓ Panch-phoran* – 1 tsp

 

* Panch-phoran includes:
a) Cumin seeds (jeera) – 30%
b) Fennel seeds (Saunf) – 25%
c) Yellow mustard seeds – 20%
d) Onion seeds (Kalonji) – 15%
e) Fenugreek (methi) – 10%
