Ingredients

  • Fish – 700gms
  • Khaskhas – 1 Tbs
  • Black mustard seed – 1 Tbs
  • Garlic cloves – 5 to 6
  • Green chilli – 2
  • Onion chopped – 1 med
  • Tomato  chopped – 2 med
  • Kalonji – 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
  • Kashmiri Lal mirch powder – 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Kachhi Ghani Mustard oil – 50 ml
